Once upon a time, there was a little boy. He was cared for by busy parents who were always in the limelight. He didn't have the guidance he needed to develop in intellect. He was a stupid child. Despite his hair colour, he was as close to 'dumb blonde' as one could get.
When he got older, he became President.
